Here’s the 3D model I made of some flowers.

This was not the easiest app to use. I can see that it is very important to have ideal photography conditions for this to work best. I had difficulty just finding a space to work within. My 3D rendering failed about 5 times before this one came out decent. Its a really cool application but the proper setting is definitely a must to save time and frustration.

I tried to make a model of my name. Overall I had a lot of trouble with this app and didn’t really understand how to change the materials used on the outside of the model.
After struggling with the app, my friend showed me another similar 3D program called Sculptris. I thought this app was more user friendly, but probably designed primarily for organic shapes.

Here is an antique-looking empty tea mug sitting on top of a work desk. Note that the app filled in a part of the inside with the outside pattern. This effect could be due to poor lighting or inconsistency in the of the height level when taking the photos.

We rendered a cupcake and a small tabletop speaker. The speaker was successfully rendered but the cupcake turned out incomplete (and a little dry).
