Today, I chose to read the story of The Martians Claim Canada and it is a short fiction story by the author Margart Atwood. It’s a simple entertaining story that begins with Martians descending to Earth on their spaceship. We learn early on that they want to see a musical in New York, but somehow they end up in Canada in an unknown forest. The story has an interesting way of interpreting the human history through the aliens and mushrooms and it simply shows how our acts do not make sense. I based my table on allegiance and locational connections.
This graph shows how theres a connection between the three Martians, but no connection between the Martians and the humans or the mushroom. The limitation of it is that it only shows one kind of connection.

This was an interesting way to interpret the connections that I didn’t think about. I like how you incorporated Earth and Mars into the mix as it would definitely make a difference in how everything is connected. Overall very interesting take on the connections in the short story.
