Making a network diagram isn’t too hard to do, once you get the hang of it. I have a very detailed guide to making a network graph with Cytoscape here<\/a>. It includes information on\u00a0how to get your data set up for an edge list<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Cytoscape is powerful and allows you to perform all kinds of measurements and customizations, but there are other tools that can also produce network diagrams but are easier to use. You already learned how to use Google Fusion Tables to make a network diagram<\/a>. You can also use Palladio to make a network diagram; see my tutorial here<\/a>.
