I would look for trends, patterns, and outliers. I would use some of the software that we used in our discussion session last Friday in order to figure this out. Using Open Refine, I could manipulate my data by using the Facet menu to make sure all our data is organized properly. Using operations such as cluster, text facet, and changing case, I could make our data categorized correctly. Renaming and splitting some of the columns could help us put the data into our own words without changing the actual data.
